As the electric vehicle (EV) revolution charges on, accompanied by a steady increase of EV owners traveling to campgrounds, trailheads, and nature sightseeing locations, the need for EV chargers where no current infrastructure exists is rising. By studying the existing technologies and present competitors, it appears this niche market has thus been overlooked, with no current technologies addressing their immediate needs. To address this need our team to investigated the design space converging to a solar-powered EV charger.
